Lamye Sınık It is now possible to receive care in the comfort of home!

Lamye Sınık studied Social Work at university and successfully graduated. However, when she could not find a job in her field, she decided to turn to the beauty industry. She improved herself in this field by taking trainings and progressed step by step.
“When I had children, I wanted to stand on my own two feet, and I decided this was the best option for me and my children.”
After completing her training in the field of beauty, she started working at home. She allocated a part of her house to this work by providing the materials she needed to do her job. However, the February 6 earthquakes interrupted his business. She had to stop working due to the closure of the companies she bought products from and lack of materials.
“After the earthquake, I said it was over. I have three children, my husband works abroad. So I was at the point of giving up.”
Lamye, who wanted to continue her work despite everything, looked for solutions. In this process, she discovered the support of MaviKalem and applied to the project. She was very happy when she received the materials she needed. The most important thing for her was to be able to continue her work and provide a better life for her children.
“The biggest reason why I chose the beauty industry was that I could do this job from home. I have three young children. I wanted to take care of my children and work at the same time.”
Lamye continues to work and take care of her children. She continues to develop her business. She posts on her social media account to publicize her work. She says that her customer base is slowly forming and that she spends her earnings for both her children and her business.
Although her husband supports her, she wants to stand on her own feet. Emphasizing the importance of working without being dependent on anyone, Lamye gives the following message to women who want to start their own business:
“Sometimes we may stumble, but that is not the end. Keep believing in yourself and keep going. If you are a mother, never stop fighting for your children.”
